Friends of HUG is a social group for adults with disabilities. Friends of HUG events are always free & fun! In the past, we’ve attended a Tampa Bay Rays game, gone bowling, visited the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and much more.

At HUG, we know many adults with special needs feel lonely and disconnected from their community. Luckily, our Friends of HUG social group is full of kind, accepting individuals who just want to have fun and make new friends!

Any adult with special needs is encouraged to come to our social gatherings and bring a friend, family member or caregiver. If you need special accommodations, please reach out to the HUG team before the event & we will be happy to work with you to make sure everyone can be included and have a good time.
