Mission Statement: “To improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities through equine assisted and related activities.”

Saddle Up is a member center of PATH International (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horseman) which provides structured horseback riding sessions to individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities. Our instructors are nationally certified in therapeutic riding through PATH International and our volunteers and horses have been carefully selected and trained for their roles.

Equine Therapy: Being PATH International Certified means that we’re specifically trained in equine-assisted services (EAS) and provide riding instruction and therapeutic value to people with disabilities.

Special Olympics: Saddle Up is a certified Special Olympic training center and we share the ultimate goal of the Special Olympics, which is to bring sport and a sense of achievement to people with disabilities.
