Teens and adults with disabilities are invited to join us for a free water exercise class. Caregivers and families are encouraged to participate and assist as needed.
Enjoy the water while getting a full body workout, including a warm-up and cool-down in an accessible pool. Noodles will be utilized. Bring your sunscreen and towel!
