This adaptive fitness class is hosted by No Limit Fitness Center.
At No Limit Fitness Center, we believe that health, strength, and overall well-being should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we proudly offer adaptive fitness classes specifically designed for people with disabilities, including individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical differences.
Our adaptive fitness training classes for people with disabilities are held every Saturday and Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 AM in a supportive, welcoming environment. These group sessions go beyond physical movement—they’re built to boost self-confidence, improve social skills, and promote teamwork.
Led by experienced and compassionate trainers, each class focuses on:
- Improving strength, balance, and endurance
- Encouraging social interaction and group participation
- Supporting mental wellness and positive self-image
- Offering fun, goal-oriented workouts for all ability levels
We welcome individuals of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re looking to build physical strength, enhance communication, or simply get moving with new friends, this class is a safe and uplifting space to grow.
