Adaptive Swim Lessons

At the Y, we strive to be inclusive and to provide programs for all kids. Our Adaptive Programs provide opportunities for fun activities for youth and teens with special needs. Whether a beginner, experienced or just want to have fun, check out our many adaptive programs.

Beginner Adaptive Swim: Session 1: April 30-June 1

Participants will learn to put their face in the water, blow bubbles, kick independently, use their arms, and use proper breathing. This may take many sessions to achieve each activity. For safety, participants must be able to sit, listen and follow instructions. Limited to three participants per session.
