Adaptive Teen Taekwondo Class at Gigi’s Playhouse (Virtual)

This adaptive teen taekwondo class is hosted by Gigi’s Playhouse.

Join Gigi’s Playhouse each week for a session of Taekwondo. This adaptive teen taekwondo class is a great way to workout or learn a new skill to move your body. Taekwondo is Korean martial arts that teaches physical skills such as kicking and punching. This program is for ages 13-17 years old.

Friends, Fun & Fitness Teen happens every Thursday at 7 pm!
