Take a deep breath, stretch, and start your day with peace and positivity at S.P.I.R.I.T. Yoga in the Park, a weekly inclusive yoga class designed for all abilities and experience levels. Held every Wednesday morning, this beginner-friendly class offers a welcoming environment where everyone is supported, encouraged, and celebrated.
Led by compassionate instructors trained in adaptive yoga practices, this class is perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and connect with their body in a meaningful way. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our team will help you modify poses and movements to suit your individual needs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
