This inclusive community group is hosted by YMCA North Pinellas Suncoast.
Join M.A.S.H. (Mainstream Adults Sharing Hope)- a safe, welcoming space for people of all abilities, age 18 and older. M.A.S.H. is a popular program at the YMCA for adults with physical and cognitive disabilities to find community through uplifting activities that encourage socialization and healthy habits.
