Meet Sunshine! She is going to help us get into shape!
We all could lose a few pounds with the New Year coming up. Sunshine will help people with special needs learn how to be fit and active, to increase their strength and build muscle.
We welcome Parents, Grandparents, and others to join in. All Abilities & Ages are welcome to this FREE class.
Monday’s at 7pm
