Adaptive Fitness Class – Thundersticks Drumming

Join us for our Thundersticks Drumming class! Together, we will focus on rhythm, bilateral hand coordination, motor planning, and movement set to music. The class focuses on generating new neuro pathways, stimulating endorphins, and improving physical and cognitive health and emotional well-being.
