(LiFT) is a not-for-profit organization that provides outstanding programs promoting the advancement of knowledge and skills within an inclusive setting for neurodiverse children and adult students. LiFT Academy: A warm, nurturing place where students of all academic levels in Kindergarten through 12th grade can excel. With small classrooms, individualized accommodations and innovative teaching techniques. LiFT Academy encourages students to reach their fullest potential. . LiFT University Transition Program: A post-secondary program for young adults up to age 23 with neurodiversity. This program offers students a unique and highly individualized opportunity to further their education while developing the skills necessary to live their best life independently. . LiFT Day Program: A program that gives neurodiverse adults (age 23+) the opportunity to develop employability skills, strengthen social skills, identify their individual gifts and explore ways to use those gifts to gain independence. LiFT Microbusinesses: Our microbusinesses allow our LiFT University Transition Program students and LiFT Day Program students the opportunity to gain social, vocational and critical thinking skills that will add greatly to their value as employees. .
