Advocacy Support Group

This group will meet once a month and be facilitated by our Supervisor I, Alyssa Elsner and Ivory Granger, Coordinator for The LiFT Sandi Lynn Geller Memorial Family Resource Center. This group is open to anyone who is an advocate for someone with a disability. Each month the Advocacy Group hosts meetings with different themes such as education, medical, and community resources. Each meeting will feature a presentation and discussion with a professional from one of our community resource partners. While the Advocacy Group is taking place, the Therapeutic Recreation staff will provide a fun night of childcare through our Friday Night Fun program. Be sure to RSVP!
