Drawing and Art Therapy for Students with Autism
March 14 @ 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Cost: FreeEvent Navigation

This event is hosted by Arts4all.
Join Miss Lee Cohen for an art therapy session designed to help children on the autism spectrum develop essential skills. This event is for ages 5-11.
Art therapy can assist children on the autism spectrum to recognize their abilities and develop positive self-esteem. Miss Lee Cohen underlines the value of kids having fun while using art to promote emotional awareness, social cues, and improved communication. All art activities will be condensed to a simple drawing procedure with step-by-step instructions and a few options. Miss Lee’s purpose is for the kids to communicate through artistic mediums using their already visual-minded brains.
