Description:GiGiFIT Adult will be held virtually every Tuesday at 2:30pm ET/1:30 CT/12:30MT/11:30am PT starting May24, 2022!
Please join us each week for this purposeful program that will increase your stamina and strength and build muscle while making new friends learning about exercise and nutrition!
