The St. Paul Handicapable Ministry welcomes individuals aged 16 and older with cognitive or physical disabilities to join their Valentine’s Day party. Handicapable members and their caregivers are encouraged to participate in fun activities like crafting Valentine’s Day decorations, taking photos in the photo booth, and more.
