Inclusive Adult Gymnastic Class – Bright Stars

Join Mighty Meteorites, the adult program with Bright Stars! This class is for adults with special needs. It promotes strength and flexibility through learning and practicing gymnastics skills tailored to your ability. Classes will last thirty minutes, during which you will experience gymnastics events as well as trampoline and tumble track. You will learn gymnastics-related motor skills, balance, and coordination.
